Winning is always nice, but doing so behind a season-high score is even better (just ask Barnesville). They blew past the Menahga Braves 81-22 on Tuesday. The win was a breath of fresh air for the Trojans as it put an end to their three-game losing streak.

Barnesville's victory bumped their record up to 2-3. As for Menahga, their loss was their eighth straight on the road dating back to last season, which dropped their record down to 1-6.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Barnesville will be home for the holidays to greet Breckenridge at 7:30 p.m. on Thursday. As for Menahga, they will get a bit of extra time to process the defeat as their next game is a ways off. They'll take on Warroad at 6:00 p.m. on January 3, 2025.
