Greencastle-Antrim waltzed into their contest  on Wednesday with 13 straight wins... but they left with 14. They blew past the Big Spring Bulldogs 3-0. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won  3-0  back in September.
 One reason for the win was Greencastle-Antrim's just kept getting better, winning each set by more points than the last. The final score came out to 25-14, 25-11,  25-7.
 Greencastle-Antrim's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was   Kaitlyn Alvey, who  had 17  assists and three  digs. Alvey is  on a roll when it comes to assists, as she's  now  posted 13 or more in each of the last 11 games she's  played. The team also got some help courtesy of  Kinzee Hudson, who  had 11  digs and two  assists.
Greencastle-Antrim's record is now 19-1-3. As for Big Spring, they have  traveled a rocky road recently, having  lost five of their last six matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 2-6 record  this season.
 Both  squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming  matchups. Greencastle-Antrim will venture away from home to  challenge Shalom Christian Academy  at 5:30  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Big Spring, they will head out to  take on Northern York  at 6:00  p.m.  on Thursday.
