With a playoff game on the line, Armijo rose to the challenge  on Monday. They were the clear victor by  a  3-0 margin over the Antelope Titans. The  victory made it back-to-back  wins for the Royals.

  Rhema Johnson paced Armijo's offense, picking up four kills. Johnson got some help from 
 Hope Amparo and her 15 assists. Finally, 
 Janelle Fahrmeir kept Armijo's defense grounded, leading the team with four blocks.
 Armijo has  been performing  incredibly well recently as they've  won eight of their last nine games,  which provided a nice bump to their 14-10 record  this season. As for Antelope, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-9.
 Armijo will venture away from home to  square off against Christian Brothers  at 6:00  p.m.  on Tuesday. Both teams are headed into the matchup with plenty of momentum (Christian Brothers has won ten straight at home, while Armijo won four straight on the road), something that'll have to change. Antelope does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
