North Side came out on top against Polytechnic on Friday thanks in part to Yesenia Olvera's efforts. Olvera scored three runs and stole a base while going 3-for-3, which was good enough to set a new career-high in runs.

Looking ahead, Olvera and North Side will face off against South Hills at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. The Steers have some work to do to even out the 2-8 series between these two since April of 2016, but a win here would be a good start.
