With a playoff win on the line, Crest rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They walked away with a 4-1 win over the South Rowan Raiders. The victory was familiar territory for the Chargers, who have now won 12 games in a row.

Crest pushed their record up to 21-4 with the win, which was their sixth straight at home. Those home victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 2.2 runs on average over those games. As for South Rowan, they have been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last eight matches. That's put a noticeable dent in their 13-12 record this season.

Crest will square off against Oak Grove on Friday. The Chargers' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Grizzlies have averaged an impressive 6.8 runs per game this season. South Rowan does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
