The Conard Red Wolves waltzed into their matchup Friday with two straight wins but they left with three. They enjoyed a cozy 54-40 win over East Hartford. For Conard, this counts as revenge for the 47-27 defeat East Hartford walked away with the last time they faced one another back in January of 2022.
East Hartford's defeat came despite a true team effort from the offense, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Nia Edens, who scored eight points. Another player making a difference was Chanel Ward, who scored eight points.

Those victories were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 56.3 points per game. As for East Hartford, their loss dropped their record down to 3-3.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Conard will take on Southington at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday. Southington is strutting with some offensive muscle, as they've averaged 52.7 points per game. As for East Hartford, they will be playing in front of their home fans against South Windsor at 5:45 p.m. on Wednesday.
