The Colton Yellowjackets pushed their score all the way to 69 on Thursday, but even that wasn't enough to win. Their rough 91-69 defeat to Notre Dame might stick with them for a while. Despite running the score up even higher than they did in their prior game last Tuesday (67), Colton still had to take the loss.
Notre Dame's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Mark Cadena, who dropped a double-double on 24 points and 14 rebounds. Cadena is trending in the right direction, as he's improved his point production for three games straight. The team also got some help courtesy of Yirmeyah Michel, who went 6 for 13 from beyond the arc en route to 27 points and 7 assists.
