Champaign Central has gone a perfect 10-0 against Danville recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. The Maroons will be playing at home against the Vikings at 6:00 p.m. Champaign Central is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 6.8 goals per game this season.

Last Tuesday, Champaign Central didn't have quite enough to beat Mahomet-Seymour and fell 3-2. The loss put an end to Champaign Central's undefeated start to the season.

Halle Roberts and Rylie Schulze scored both of Champaign Central's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 11 goals.

Meanwhile, there's no place like home for Danville, who bounced back after a loss on the road two weeks ago. Their defense stepped up to hand Urbana University a 2-0 shutout on Thursday.

Danville now has a winning record of 3-2. As for Champaign Central, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 3-1.

Champaign Central took their win against Danville when the teams last played back in May of 2024 by a conclusive 7-0 score. Do the Maroons have another victory up their sleeve, or will the Vikings turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
