The Reading Blue Devils won the last time they faced the Lockland Panthers, and things went their way on Monday too. Reading took their game at home with ease, bagging a 51-11 victory over Lockland. The team accrued 41 points in the first half and coasted on those for the victory.
The victory makes it two in a row for Reading and bumps their season record up to 2-0. As for Lockland, their defeat dropped their record down to 0-1.
Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Reading will take on DePaul Cristo Rey at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Lockland, they will be playing at home against Cincinnati Christian at 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Hopefully Cincinnati Christian focused on turnovers this week since the team gave up 31 on Saturday.
