The Unatego Spartans were the 59-49 winner over Deposit-Hancock when they last played one another two weeks ago, but their luck changed this time around. Unatego was beaten by Deposit-Hancock 65-32 on Monday. The result shouldn't come as a shock considering that's the fewest points Unatego has scored all season.
Deposit-Hancock's success was the result of a balanced attack that saw several players step up, but Blake Fortunato led the charge by scoring 19 points along with three steals. Fortunato is crushing the point category: he's posted at least 15 every time he's taken the court this season. Another player making a difference was Zech Begeal, who scored seven points along with 20 rebounds and six assists.
Unatego's loss was their fourth straight at home, which dropped their record down to 3-7. As for Deposit-Hancock, they now have a winning record of 10-9.
Unatego does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Deposit-Hancock also has no future games currently scheduled.
