The Wilson Lakemen stacked a tenth blowout win onto their ever-increasing hoard on Thursday. They claimed a resounding 47-13 win over Barker at home. The win was familiar territory for Wilson who now have six in a row.
Rian Faery was her usual excellent self, almost dropping a triple-double on nine points, 14 rebounds, and nine steals. She is on a roll when it comes to steals, as she's now grabbed three or more in the last eight games she's played. Peyton McInnis was another key contributor, scoring 12 points along with seven steals and five rebounds.
Wilson's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-4. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 52.8 points per game. As for Barker, they still haven't won a game yet this season and fell to 0-2.
Wilson won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against Grand Island at 6:30 p.m. on February 9th. Barker does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
