Southridge put another one in the bag on Saturday to keep their perfect season alive. They were the clear victors by a 15-5 margin over the Bonney Lake Panthers. This was payback for the Suns, who suffered an 8-0 loss the last time these two teams met.

Southridge pushed their record up to 4-0 with the victory, which was their sixth straight at home dating back to last season. Those wins came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered 3.3 runs on average over those games. As for Bonney Lake, they are on a four-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-3.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Southridge is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Chiawana at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Chiawana will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something Southridge surely won't give up without a fight. As for Bonney Lake, they will head out on the road to take on Bethel at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday. Bonney Lake is facing Bethel at the right time seeing as Bethel is stuck on a three-game losing streak.
