John Glenn's loss on Tuesday came despite strong showings from Caleb Larrick and Stehl Bates. Larrick scored 16 points along with six rebounds, while Bates scored 11 points along with four steals. The match was Bates' fifth in a row with at least ten points. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Nicolozakes, who scored four points.
John Glenn's loss ended a four-game streak of wins at home dating back to last season and dropped them to 5-3. As for New Philadelphia, their victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 4-3.
