 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Sarah Logan Cobb, who  went 2-for-3 with two  stolen bases, three  runs,  and two  RBI. That's the most  stolen bases  she has posted since back in March.  Harper Evans was another key player,  going 1-for-4 with two  runs, one  triple,  and one  RBI.
The  win (which was Holmes' third in a row) raised their record to 11-9. The  victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 17.0 runs over those games. As for Hertford County, their loss was  their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which  dropped their record down to 1-19.
