Make it seven blowout wins for the Goshen Warriors this season. They put the hurt on Batavia with a sharp 83-59 victory on Friday. The score was close at the half, but Goshen pulled away in the second half with 43 points.
Caden Zeinner continued his habit of posting crazy stat lines, scoring 35 points along with seven assists and four steals. He is on a roll when it comes to points, as he's now scored 15 or more in the last 11 games he's played. The team also got some help courtesy of Luke Ball, who scored ten points along with five rebounds.
Goshen pushed their record up to 17-2 with that win, which was their 13th straight at home dating back to last season. As for Batavia, their loss dropped their record down to 10-8.
Goshen will head out on the road to challenge the Hurricane at 7:15 p.m. on Friday. Wilmington is coming into the game on a six-game losing streak. As for Batavia, they will be playing at home against the Broncos at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
