Eagle had a senior duo take command as Paige Cofer dropped a double-double on 17 points and 11 rebounds and Mary (molly) johnson went 6 for 9 from beyond the arc en route to 20 points and 5 assists. That makes it six consecutive games in which Cofer has scored at least 25% of Eagle's points. Berkley Jones was another key contributor, scoring five points.
Eagle has been performing well recently as they've won five of their last six contests, which provided a nice bump to their 7-5 record this season. As for Centennial, they now have a losing record at 5-6.
Eagle and Bishop Kelly will round out the year against one another at 12:30 p.m. on December 28th at. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Idaho (Bishop Kelly is ranked 20th, while Eagle is ranked 27th).
