Alamo Heights saw some tournament action  on Saturday. They secured  a  61-57 W over the Jones Trojans. The  win made it back-to-back  victories for the Mules.
 Alamo Heights found their leader in freshman  Brinley Leavitt, who  dropped  a double-double on 14 points and 11  rebounds. The team also got some help courtesy of  Megan Hawkins, who  had 18 points along with seven  rebounds and three  steals.
 Alamo Heights  smashed the offensive glass and  finished the game with 21  offensive rebounds. That's the most  offensive rebounds they've posted since back in December of 2023.
 Alamo Heights has  been performing  well recently as they've  won five of their last six contests,  which provided a nice bump to their 7-10 record  this season. Those victories were due in large part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as  they  averaged 53.3 points per game. As for Jones,  they are  on  a  four-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 3-4.
 Alamo Heights wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next  matchup,  a  64-59  win against Corpus Christi Moody on the 7th. Jones has also already played their next  match (against Alamo Heights), but no score has been uploaded at the time of writing.
