The Cyprus Pirates's game on Tuesday was all tied up 26-26 at the half, but sadly for them it didn't stay that way. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 55-54 to Kearns. Even though they lost, Cyprus were working as a unit and finished the game with 13 assists. This was only their tenth loss (out of 13 games) when they've passed the ball that well.
Cyprus' defeat dropped their record down to 3-14. As for Kearns, their victory bumped their record up to 5-11.
Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Cyprus will take on West Jordan at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. West Jordan is coming into the matchup hot, having won their last six games. As for Kearns, they will look to defend their home court on Friday against Hunter at 7:00 p.m. Hunter is hoping to put an end to a three-game streak of away losses.
