Tyler Cortez played well for Vian in the victory. The senior kicked 10 extra points.
VHS had given up an average of 2.5 points prior to the contest.
Last season's game between the teams resulted in a 71-13 win for the Wolverines.
Hugo (2-5) will play a 2A District 6 game against Panama next week, while Vian (7-0) will take on Wilburton also in a 2A District 6 game.
