After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Elite, Westlake Charter was happy to have turned things around on Friday. They blew past the Delta Saints, posting a 100-19 win. The Explorers have made a habit of sweeping their opponents off the court, having now won 12 contests by 24 points or more this season.

Westlake Charter's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Quinones Fleeton, who went 10-for-16 on his way to 20 points in addition to five rebounds and three steals. What's more, Fleeton also posted a 63% shooting accuracy, which is the highest he's achieved since back in January of 2024. Another player making a difference was Brian Ash, who dropped a double-double with 15 points and 12 boards.

Westlake Charter smashed the offensive glass and finished the game with 30 offensive rebounds. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now pulled down at least ten offensive boards in ten consecutive matchups.

Westlake Charter's record is now 16-5. As for Delta, they are on a nine-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 5-16.

Westlake Charter has already played their next game, a 71-67 victory against Aspire Langston Hughes Academy on the 19th. Delta does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
