Cache came out on top against Pauls Valley on Monday thanks in part to Reed Gillispie's efforts. Gillispie turned in nothing short of a gem, not allowing a single earned run over seven innings pitched. He also tossed no earned runs, which is notable because Cache is 2-1 when he allows at most one earned run, but 5-8 otherwise.
