The Jonesboro-Hodge Tigers will head out on the road to face off against the Arcadia Hornets at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Jonesboro-Hodge will be strutting in after a win while Arcadia will be coming in after a loss.
Jonesboro-Hodge was handed a 36-point defeat in their previous outing, but they didn't let that bad energy affect their game against Many on Friday. Jonesboro-Hodge had just enough and edged Many out 45-43. The win was just what Jonesboro-Hodge needed coming off of a 76-40 defeat in their prior matchup.
Meanwhile, Arcadia pushed their score all the way to 57 on Saturday, but even that wasn't enough to win. They fell 66-57 to Ringgold.
Jonesboro-Hodge's victory ended a seven-game drought on the road and puts them at 5-19. As for Arcadia, their loss ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 13-13.
Jonesboro-Hodge took their win against Arcadia in their previous matchup back in December of 2022 by a conclusive 58-32. Does Jonesboro-Hodge have another victory up their sleeve, or will Arcadia turn the tables on them? We'll have the answer soon enough.
