League recap: Southridge tops Aloha to extend winning streak

Southridge extended the longest winning streak in 6A Metro this week by beating Aloha, 49-39. The victory was the fifth in a row for the team.

Sunset and Westview played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Sunset eventually emerging with a 38-32 victory.

On the ground, the Warriors' Thomas Tyner has rushed for 2325 yards which leads the league. The leading receiver in the league this season is Davasyia Hagger. The Beaverton star has 22 catches for 392 yards.

Jesuit took down Beaverton 65-36 last week, the largest margin of any game.
