Baseball Recap: Rockville Has No Trouble Against Stafford

After only two runs in their last match, Rockville made sure to put some runs up on the board against Stafford on Wednesday. The Rams were the clear victors by an 11-5 margin over the Bulldogs. The Rams might be getting used to big wins seeing as the team has won six games by six runs or more this season.

Rockville has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four contests. That's provided a massive bump to their 8-7 record this season. Those victories came thanks in part to their hitting performance across that stretch, as they averaged 10.3 runs over those games. As for Stafford, they dropped their record down to 6-12 with the loss, which was their fourth straight at home.

Coming up, Rockville will head out on the road to challenge Windsor Locks at 3:45 p.m. on Friday. Stafford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
