Those 13 rebounds gave Myovela a new career-high. The team also got some help courtesy of Alan Hanna, who went 9-for-13 en route to 20 points in addition to five assists and three blocks.
Maize was working as a unit and finished the game with 28 assists. That's the most assists they've managed all season.
Despite the loss, Valley Center still got an impressive performance from Colby J newton, who went 7-for-12 on his way to 22 points. J newton has become a key player for Valley Center: the team is 4-1 when he posts at least 15 points, but 5-7 otherwise. Ray J Logan was another key player, putting up ten points.
