Make it nine blowout wins for the WISH Academy Owls this season. They claimed a resounding 89-26 win over Animo Watts at home. The win was just what WISH Academy needed coming off of a 66-39 loss in their prior contest.
WISH Academy's win on Tuesday was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Keith Hartman, who scored 18 points along with six rebounds. Hartman continues to roll, besting his previous point total in each of the last three games he's played. Aidan Goldstein was another key contributor, scoring 14 points along with two steals and two blocks.
Animo Watts struggled to work together and finished the game with only three assists. That's the fewest assists they've managed all season.
WISH Academy's win bumped their record up to 12-7. As for Animo Watts, their loss dropped their record down to 8-7.
WISH Academy will head out on the road to take on the Scorpions at 7:15 p.m. on Thursday. As for Animo Watts, they will be playing in front of their home fans against the Rams at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday.
