Meanwhile, Catholic - N.I. took their matchup against St. Louis Catholic last week by a conclusive 42-14 score. With Catholic - N.I. ahead 28-0 at the half, the game was all but over already.
Catholic - N.I.'s victory lifted them to 2-0 while St. Thomas Aquinas's defeat dropped them down to 1-1. We'll see if Catholic - N.I.'s success rolls on or if St. Thomas Aquinas are able to steal their positive momentum.
