The St. John Bosco Academy Patriots's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their fifth straight defeat. They took a serious blow against Kendrick, falling 76-33. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for St. John Bosco Academy in their matchups with the Tigers: they've now lost six in a row.
It was another big night for Nathan Tweit, who shot 4-for-5 from long range and dropped a double-double on 28 points and ten rebounds for Kendrick. The team also got some help courtesy of Cade Silflow, who scored seven points along with 14 assists and seven steals.
St. John Bosco Academy dropped their record down to 1-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight on the road. As for Kendrick, the victory was the seventh in a row for them, bringing their record for this year to 14-4.
St. John Bosco Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Kendrick will be playing in front of their home fans against the Bulldogs at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. Grangeville is coming into the match on a four-game losing streak.
