Fairview extended their winning streak to five on Friday, bumping them up to 6-1. They claimed a resounding 60-29 win over the Fort Collins Lambkins. Considering the Knights have won six games by more than 20 points this season, Friday's blowout was nothing new.
Fairview's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Ki Ellison, who threw for 354 yards and five TDs while picking up 13.1 yards per attempt, and also rushed for 45 yards. Despite the loss, Fort Collins still got an impressive performance from Jack McKeon, who rushed for 273 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 7.8 yards per carry, and also picked up 45 receiving yards. McKeon really tore up the turf during one magnificent 79-yard run.
