It's playoff time, and Melbourne Central Catholic had no trouble coming through when it counted. They never let the Somerset College Prep Academy Spartans onto the board and left with a 6-0 victory on Wednesday. Considering the Hustlers have won eight contests by more than five goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Somerset College Prep Academy with a three-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Rory Conlon (3), Bella Donato (2), and Abby Bartos.

The win (which was Melbourne Central Catholic's fourth in a row) raised their record to 10-3-2. The wins came thanks to their defensive effort, having only given up zero goals over those four matchups. As for Somerset College Prep Academy, their defeat dropped their record down to 9-5-1.

Melbourne Central Catholic will square off against Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Holy Trinity Episcopal Academy is strutting in with some offensive muscle as they've averaged 3.4 goals per game this season. Somerset College Prep Academy does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
