The East Bay Indians posted their biggest win yet this season on Wednesday. They put the hurt on Riverview with a sharp 63-41 win. The win made it back-to-back wins for East Bay.
East Bay can attribute much of their success to Amare Baran, who scored 12 points along with six assists and six rebounds. Curry Staples was another key contributor, scoring 11 points.
East Bay pushed their record up to 7-9 with that victory, which was their fifth straight at home. Those good results were due in large part to their offensive dominance across that stretch, as they averaged 61.4 points per game. As for Riverview, they are on a three-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 3-13.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. East Bay will take on Blake at 8:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Riverview, Riverview and Freedom will face off at 8:00 p.m. on January 19th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday.
