The Jackson Aggies can now show off 18 landslide victories after their most recent match on Monday. They simply couldn't be stopped as they easily beat Satsuma 55-22 at home. Given Jackson's advantage in MaxPreps' Alabama basketball rankings (they are ranked 52nd, while the Gators are ranked 349th), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.
Jazmine Jones was her usual excellent self, scoring 14 points along with three steals. She hasn't dropped below two steals for 24 straight games. Another player making a difference was Tyra Caves, who scored 12 points along with three steals.
Jackson's win was their 19th straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 26-3. As for Satsuma, they have traveled a rocky road recently having lost 11 of their last 13 matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 4-15 record this season.
Jackson does not have any more games scheduled as of now. Satsuma also has no future games currently scheduled.
