After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Danville, the Colbert Heights Wildcats were happy to have found some success on Saturday. They managed a 32-27 victory over Tremont. Despite the victory, that was the fewest points Colbert Heights has scored all season.
Tremont's loss came despite strong showings from Andrew Curtis and Nathan Crenshaw. Curtis scored eight points, while Crenshaw scored eight points. As a matter of fact, that's the most points Crenshaw has scored all season.
Colbert Heights' victory ended a three-game drought at home and bumped them up to 4-7. As for Tremont, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost six of their last seven matchups, which put a noticeable dent in their 2-10 record this season.
Colbert Heights will be home for the holidays to greet Belgreen at 7:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Tremont, they will head out on the road to face off against Brilliant at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
