The Three Forks Wolves's game last Thursday was a tough loss, but they didn't let that memory haunt them on Friday. They came out on top against Jefferson by a score of 57-46. That's another feather in the cap for Three Forks, who also won these teams' last head-to-head.
Jefferson lost despite a true team effort on the offense, the best among them being Dalton Noble, who scored 12 points along with seven rebounds and six assists. Noble hasn't dropped below two blocks for six straight games. Another player making a difference was Hunter Stevens, who scored eight points along with seven rebounds and three steals.
Three Forks is on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches, which provided a nice bump to their 7-4 record this season. As for Jefferson, their defeat dropped their record down to 7-3.
Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Three Forks won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Ennis at 7:00 p.m. on January 20th. Ennis comes in still looking for their first win of the season. As for Jefferson, they will head out on the road to face off against East Helena at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
