Soccer Recap: Groton Gets the Win

Groton won the last time they faced Newark Valley and things went their way on Friday too. The Red Hawks had just enough and edged out the Cardinals 3-2.

The victory got Groton back to even at 1-1.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Groton will face off against rival Whitney Point at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Newark Valley is set to take on their familiar foe Southern Cayuga at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday.
