The Holyoke Dragons's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Sedgwick County Cougars at 6:00  p.m.  on February 20th. Hopefully Holyoke focused on turnovers this week  since the team gave up 20 on Thursday.
 Last Thursday, Holyoke suffered a  tough 59-38 loss at the hands of Akron. While losing is never fun, Holyoke can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage  in MaxPreps' Colorado basketball rankings  (they are ranked 210th, while Akron is ranked 67th).
 Despite their  loss, Holyoke saw several players rise to the challenge and make noteworthy plays.  Ellie Kleve, who  almost  dropped  a double-double on 15 points and nine  rebounds, was perhaps the best of all.  Sophia Bencomo was another key contributor,  scoring three points along with nine  rebounds and two  steals.
 In what's become a running theme this season, Sedgwick County gave their fans yet another huge  victory on Thursday. Everything went their way against Fleming as Sedgwick County made off with a  55-34 victory. With that  victory, Sedgwick County brought their scoring average up to 50.1  points per game.
 Sedgwick County can attribute much of their success to   Abigail Dille, who  scored 17 points along with seven  rebounds and three  steals, and   Lainee Nein, who  scored 20 points along with eight  rebounds and three  steals. Dille hasn't dropped below 15 points for four straight games. The team also got some help courtesy of  Ryen Carlson, who  scored eight points along with three  steals.
 Holyoke has  not been sharp recently as the team has  lost nine of their last ten matchups,  which put a noticeable dent in their 4-14 record  this season. As for Sedgwick County, they pushed their record up to 16-3 with that  win, which was their eighth straight  at home dating back to last season.
 Tuesday's  matchup  is one where the number of possessions is likely to be a big factor:  Holyoke  have been smashing the glass this season,  having  averaged 32.5  rebounds per game. However, it's not like Sedgwick County struggles in that department as   they've been averaging 28.4  rebounds per game. Given these competing strengths, it'll be interesting to see how their clash plays out.
