Davis can finally bid farewell to their seven-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Saturday. They took down Elk Grove 53-35. That looming 53-35 mark stands out as the most commanding margin for Davis yet this season.
Davis' win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Aidan Crawford, who scored 17 points. The contest was Crawford's sixth in a row with at least ten points. Jadyn Coaker was another key contributor, scoring 15 points along with five rebounds.
Franklin's defeat dropped their record down to 0-5. As for Davis, their win bumped their record up to 1-5.
