Silverdale Academy (Chattanooga, Tenn.) extended its winning streak to seven games with a 55-13 victory over Chattanooga Christian (Chattanooga, Tenn.) on Saturday.
After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by
Nathan Keyon to
Joshua Rogers in the first quarter, the Seahawks led 28-6 at the half.
Silverdale Academy grew its lead to 35 points entering the fourth quarter. SA scored three times in the third, including once on a touchdown run by
Tanner Webb.
Rogers stood out for the Seahawks in the win. The senior running back ran for one touchdown and caught two touchdowns.
Silverdale Academy had given up an average of 6.7 points prior to the contest.
