The Westinghouse Bulldogs's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Friday after their seventh straight defeat. They were dealt a 105-33 defeat at the hands of Taylor Allderdice. While losing is never fun, Westinghouse can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Pennsylvania basketball rankings (they are ranked 698th, while the Dragons are ranked 43rd).
It was another big night for Logan Golle, who shot 5-for-8 from deep and dropped a double-double on 32 points and ten assists for Taylor Allderdice. Golle hasn't dropped below three steals for four straight games. Another player making a difference was Azerick Jetter, who scored 20 points along with five assists and four steals.
Westinghouse dropped their record down to 1-10 with that loss, which was their third straight at home. As for Taylor Allderdice, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won 11 of their last 12 games, which provided a nice bump to their 16-3 record this season.
Westinghouse won't have much time to rest: their next contest is against the Vikings at 2:30 p.m. on February 3rd. Taylor Allderdice's road trip will continue as they head out to face the Commodores at 7:00 p.m. on February 6th.
