South Platte's five-game losing streak dating back to last season is now nothing but a memory thanks in part to Quinten Koenen. Nobody could stop Koenen on Thursday as he picked up 40 receiving yards and a touchdown, and also threw for 24 yards and a touchdown.
South Platte's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-4. Koenen and South Platte will get to enjoy the win for a while: their next game is against Potter-Dix at 3:00 p.m. on October 16th.
