The squads are rolling into the game with opposing streaks: Trinity Christian has struggled recently with five defeats in a row, while Coram Deo Academy will arrive with seven straight wins.

Even though Coram Deo Academy has not done well against Fort Worth Christian recently (they were 1-8 in their previous nine matchups), they didn't let the past get in their way on Friday. Coram Deo Academy walked away with a 63-56 victory over Fort Worth Christian. Having run the score up that high, both teams probably have some extra defensive drills coming up.
Coram Deo Academy's success was spearheaded by the efforts of Campbell Skelly, who scored 19 points, and Selah Johnson, who scored 19 points along with nine rebounds. The contest was Johnson's 20th in a row with at least ten points. Emily Revering was another key contributor, scoring ten points along with five assists.
Trinity Christian's loss dropped their record down to 3-10. As for Coram Deo Academy, their victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 14-6.
