Cade Grych and Corey Bienski provided fans with a highlight when they connected against Normangee. The longest such play in 1A-2 Region III District 12 this season, the connection resulted in 51 yards.
Bremond and the Panthers played the most hotly contested game in the league this week, with Bremond eventually emerging with a 28-27 victory. Grych threw for 251 yards and one touchdown in the win.
Bremond's offense has been unstoppable this season and the Tigers feature the season leaders in passing, rushing and receiving yards. Grych has thrown for 984 yards and four touchdowns this season, while Harrison Hull has 28 catches for 445 yards. Denovious Scaggs leads the league in rushing with 406 yards.
The top two teams in 1A-2 Region III District 12 will face off this week when first place Bremond takes on second place Chilton. Last week, the Tigers beat Normangee, while Chilton bested Lovelady.
