Despite the defeat, Orleans saw an underclassman step up: Chelsea Ralph dropped a double-double on 14 points and ten rebounds. Ralph continues to roll, besting her previous point total in each of the last three games she's played. Another player making a difference was Cambree Cline, who scored eight points.
Orleans' loss dropped their record down to 17-3. As for Crawford County, their win bumped their record up to 17-4.
Orleans on the road again on Saturday and play against Austin at 1:30 p.m. on January 20th. The matchup should be an exciting one, as these teams are ranked near one another in Indiana (Austin is ranked 75th, while Orleans is ranked 65th). As for Crawford County, they will be playing in front of their home fans against Northeast Dubois at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
