The Potter's House Christian Pumas's recent rough patch got a bit rougher on Tuesday after their seventh straight loss. They had to suffer through a rough 62-35 loss at the hands of North Muskegon. While losing is never fun, Potter's House Christian can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 678th, while North Muskegon is ranked 133rd).
Despite the defeat, Potter's House Christian had strong showings from Aaron Leedy, who scored 17 points, and Asher Vander Griend, who scored four points. That was a full 48.6% of Potter's House Christian's points, marking the third time in a row he's earned more than a third of the team's points.
Potter's House Christian dropped their record down to 1-11 with that defeat, which was their third straight at home. As for North Muskegon, the victory for they keeps them at an undefeated 12-0.
Potter's House Christian will head out on the road to challenge Lee at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. As for North Muskegon, they will look to defend their home court on Thursday against Fremont at 7:00 p.m.
