A Season-Best Effort from Brayden Lawson Leads Marmaton Valley over Crest
On Friday, Marmaton Valley got the W thanks in part to Brayden Lawson playing the best football he has all season. Lawson rushed for 146 yards and five touchdowns on only eight carries, and also threw for 157 yards and two touchdowns on only 14 passes, good enough to set a new career-high in rushing yards in the process. He also put in work on the defensive side of the ball, picking up two sacks, forcing two fumbles, and making 15 total tackles.
