Silver Lake Regional got themselves on the board against Plymouth North on Monday, but Plymouth North never followed suit. They were the clear victors by an 18-0 margin over the Eagles. The result was nothing new for the Lakers, who have now won 11 matchups by seven runs or more so far this season.

The win made it two in a row for Silver Lake Regional and bumps their season record up to 12-1. Those victories came thanks in part to their pitching effort, having only surrendered a grand total of 0 runs in those games. As for Plymouth North, their loss dropped their record down to 3-11.
