Meanwhile, Poth lost to Lytle on the road by a decisive 57-39 margin on Tuesday. The loss unfortunately continues a disappointing trend for Poth in their matchups with Lytle: they've now lost six in a row.
Hondo's defeat dropped their record down to 8-4. As for Poth, they have been struggling recently, as they've lost four of their last five games, which put a noticeable dent in their 11-8 record this season.
