After a big victory against Warrenton two weeks ago, Knappa came back down to earth. Knappa have to be aching after a bruising 14-38 loss to Neah-Kah-Nie on Friday. Knappa were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as Neah-Kah-Nie apparently hadn't forgotten their loss from the last time the teams met up.
With their first defeat of the season, Knappa fell to 5-1. The win bumped Neah-Kah-Nie's record up to 5-1.
Next week Knappa take on Gaston at 7:00 PM. Neah-Kah-Nie will be playing at home against Warrenton at at 7:00 PM. Expect the scorekeeper to be kept busy: if their previous games are any indication, Neah-Kah-Nie and Warrenton will really light up the scoreboard.
