The North Forsyth Vikings were the 39-30 winner over the West Stokes Wildcats when they last played one another back in January, but their luck changed this time around. North Forsyth fell 35-25 to West Stokes on Friday.
Several Vikings players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Nyemia Sides, who scored 11 points along with five rebounds. Ariel Odugba was another key contributor, scoring five points along with 11 rebounds.
North Forsyth has been struggling recently as they've lost six of their last seven games, which put a noticeable dent in their 6-14 record this season. As for West Stokes, their victory bumped their record up to 5-17.
North Forsyth will be playing in front of their home fans against McMichael at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. McMichael will roll in looking for their fifth straight victory, something North Forsyth surely won't give up without a fight. West Stokes does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
