After four games on the road, Lincoln County is heading back home. They will take on the Virgin Valley Bulldogs at 6:00 p.m. on Friday. Both teams come into the game bolstered by wins in their previous matches.

Meanwhile, Virgin Valley put the finishing touches on their tenth blowout victory of the season on Wednesday. They really took it to Pinecrest Academy Cadence for the full four quarters, racking up a 54-17 win on the road. The match was pretty much decided by the half, when the score had already reached 31-7.
Virgin Valley's win was a true team effort, with many players turning in solid performances. Perhaps the best among them was Ashley Anguiano, who scored five points along with five assists and two steals. The team also got some help courtesy of Ava Noel, who scored eight points along with six rebounds.
Lincoln County's victory was their seventh straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 11-10. As for Virgin Valley, they have been performing incredibly well recently as they've won six of their last seven matches, which provided a massive bump to their 14-10 record this season.
Lincoln County might still be hurting after the 57-36 loss they got from Virgin Valley in their previous meeting back in December of 2023. A big factor in that loss was the dominant performance of Virgin Valley's Reggi Frei, who scored 17 points along with nine steals and six assists.
